Financing and Operating Methods of Digital Terrestrial Television: A Comparative Study
This study provides preliminary findings regarding the common operating and financing models and practices, of the DTT, worldwide and examines the statutory obligations to broadcast a basic package of channels on the DTT platform. The study reviews 34 states, with the emphasis on the European ones.
