Allocation of Copyrights in Television Productions: A Comparative Study

This study reviews the legal framework, as it emerges from the statue or the customary law, in a number of states, regarding copyright allocation in television productions. More specifically, the study addresses the assignment of copyrights in television production or distribution of profits from such, to private production companies or producers. The study included three western states: Denmark, France and Great Britain.
