Business Licensing – A Comparative Study on the Duration of License Needed for Operating a Concrete PlantThe study addresses the regulation and the common practices in the area of concrete plants business licensing, in a verity of western states. This study examines licenses and permits required in each of the states, for the construction and operation of concrete plants, and the conditions for their acquirement. The study reviews the practices of five state, all characterized by significant industry alongside environmental awareness accompanied by regulation of the field. The study includes an analysis of the regulation in the United States of America, England, Germany, France and Spain.
