Content Regulation in the Modern Age: A Comparative StudyThis study examines the characteristics of content regulation in a number of states, the financing and the legal framework of franchisees. To do so, the study distinguishes between public and private television channels, and accordingly focuses on two channels (one public and one private) in each of the selected states. The study included: England, France and Germany.
