Employer’s Freedom of Expression Regarding Organization of Workers into Unions

This study examines the common practices, in a few selected states, regarding employer’s freedom to express negative attitude towards employee unions. The study uncovered a general support for freedom of expression and no strict prohibition on negative expressions in such cases. The study reviewed the legal framework in France, Germany and Spain.
