Lexidale offers expert opinions by world renowned professors and practitioners in various fields.

The opinions are used to support a client’s case in litigation and court proceedings, governmental hearings and the legislative process, or to educate the public through the media and press.

For example, Lexidale has worked closely with the defence team in the case of Anwar, et al. v. Fairfield Greenwich Limited, pertaining to Madoff’s ponzi scheme and the class action filed by investors from dozens of countries. Lexidale provided expert opinions from jurisdictions in Europe, the Far East and South America on whether their countries acknowledge a class-action ruling given by a U.S. court in the first place. Expert opinions were given by law professors and partners at local law firms.
