Harbors: Competition, Efficiency and Consumer Benefit Analysis

The study examines what effect will the establishment of new private harbors, in addition to the governmental ones, have on the consumer’s benefit and overall efficiency. The examination was made in light of competition and efficiency issues, as it’s manifested in the OECD’s global efficiency standard, the KPI standard, and other cost-benefit related concepts and terms.
