Licensing and Regulation of Pension Agents: A Comparative Study

This study examines the common licensing and regulation applied to assets managers, as well as the regulatory methods to confront with the various roles and functions of such agents. The study addressed the legal and practical on assets mangers’ remuneration mechanism and the restrictions upon it, in three western states: The United States of America (federal), Australia and Germany.
