 Mobile Airtime Charges for Call Filtering Functions: A Comparative Regulatory Study

This study examines the legitimacy of charging cellular company customers for the call filtering functions. Specifically, the study discusses the existence of limitations cast upon such charges, and reviews the legal status as well as the practical arrangements in four western legal systems: The United States of America (federal), the European Union, Great Britain and Germany.
