Programs for Workers Exchange between the Private and the Public Sectors: A Comparative Study

This study reviews the programs available worldwide, for the exchange of workers between the private and the public sectors. This study discovered six states where such programs exist, with the common stated objective of promoting mutual understanding, enriching and improving each of the sectors, and promoting prominent employees. The study included: Province of Nova Scotia (Canada), Nigeria, Australia, New-Zealand, Great Britain and Ireland.
