Regulation of Mobile Termination Rates: A Comparative Study
The study examines the regulation of Mobile Termination Rates (MTR) in a number of selected states. The study addresses the identity of the regulatory body in charge, the regulation of international MTR, and its relation to local MTR. The study included seven states: The European Union, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
