Regulation of Unexploited Cellular Services Eligible by Contract: A Comparative Study

This study examines the regulation regarding unexploited cellular services and airtime. More specifically, the legal obligation imposed upon cellular providers to enable customers cash out or accumulate their rights in such cases. The study included elven states: Canada, the United States of America, Australia, Italy, France, England, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Sweden and South Africa.
