Term and Conditions of International Telecommunication Services: A Comparative Regulatory Study
This study presents in a comparative presentation of the practices, and the common terms and conditions regarding the supply of international telecommunications via local providers. In order to do so, the study examines the regulation governing this issue – its extent and severity – in six legal systems: The United States of America, Canada, the European Union, France and Great Britain.
