The Responsibility of Maintaining Fuel Reserves and its Funding: A Comparative Study

The study compares regulation in a variety of states, concerning maintains of fuel reserves for everyday usage as well as an emergency stock. The propose of the study is to examine the regulation applied in different states regarding this obligation, sidelong the founding provided by the state and its extant. In order to depict the common practice worldwide, this study reviews ten western states, all with diverse oil markets and economical characteristics. The states included an analysis of the law and regulation in the United States of America, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, The Netherlands, Italy, Romania and Ukraine.
