This study examines the main regulatory methods regarding the obligation to broadcast certain content, as well as advertising abilities. The study reviews seven western states, with varying approaches towards the regulation of the communication market: The United States of America, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium and Great Britain.
