The study addressed the issue in Italy, France, Germany and the United Kingdom and located sources that confirm or prohibit the marketing of melatonin-based products as supplements. The study made a distinction between products containing different concentrations of melatonin. Also, the study discussed relevant references from Courts rulings and their practical implications.
