Legal Aid and Execution of Medical Rights: A Comparative Study

This study examines the regulation of legal services in a number of European states, and especially the assistance in the implementation of social and medical rights. The study addresses the economic and legal aspects involved in the regulation of the field, emphasizing the legislative measures selected and consumer welfare. The study included the law and regulation of the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Russian Federation.
