Regulation of International Roaming Services: A Comparative Study
This study examines the obligations imposed on cellular providers regarding international roaming services. The study examines the regulation of this subject in seven states – including their extent and severity. The mix of states for the study, includes western states with varying approaches towards market intervention: The United States of America, Canada, the European Union, France, Spain and Italy.
