This study provides a comparative examination of the implantation of premium service reforms worldwide. The objective of the study is to addresses the compatibility of such reforms with their purpose – consumer protection. Moreover, the study examines the practices that may achieve this goal with minimal costs to the providers as well as to the consumers. This study included: the United States of America, Canada, Australia, the European Union, France, Spain and Great Britain.
