Regulatory Restrictions in the Gas Markets Around the World

This study reviewes the regulatory restrictions imposed on natural gas venders wishing to operate in the field of fuel marketing as well. The study focused on four countries, which are characterized by high gas consumption – California, Italy, the Netherlands and Ukraine. Providing detailed background information on the consumption and production in each of the researched countries, the study investigates whether and when natural gas marketers are restricted from operating in the fuel market as well.
