Telecommunication Services Provided in Times of Emergency for the Defense Forces – Reimbursement Provisions: A Comparative Study

This study examines the issue of telecommunication services provided in times of emergency and the costs involved. Specifically, the study addresses the regulatory provision for the supply of these services and the obligation to reimburse the providers for the expenses related to such services. The study included five states: Canada, the United States of America, the European Union, England and France.
